This page and the free Grok Bot toolkit are run by Brian Hanson, AI For Business. This notice covers the sign-up form on this site only.

What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your first name, if you choose to give it
• Whether you ticked the optional box to receive AI tips and training updates, and when
• Basic campaign details from the link you used (such as utm tags), and the address of the page that referred you, if available, with any query details removed

To limit spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address for a short time. We do not ask for a phone number or password.

How we use it

• To give you access to the toolkit
• To send AI tips and training updates, only if you ticked the optional box
• To understand which posts or links brought people to this page

Getting the toolkit never requires agreeing to marketing. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in a private database used by this site’s hosting provider. They are intended to also be sent to the customer relationship management system Brian uses to manage contacts.

Third-party resources

The toolkit links to community projects run by other people and companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit or use them.
